Pictured here is Colonel Sanders holding on to some delicious fried chicken! This minifigure is from Kopf. Item number is KF949 and he came out in 2017.
He's got white hair and flesh toned with is signature glasses and mustache, wearing a red apron with the KFC logo on it.
Looks like he's no longer available on Aliexpress anymore. I tried searching for KF949 and Mr. Kentucky, but no luck. If you're lucky though, you might still find him for sale on the Internet somewhere.
